We believe every one of our customers are unique, your requirements are all different. This is why we have created a comprehensive range of services designed to give you all the assistance you may require when you stay in our beautiful properties.

You can choose as many or as few services as you wish.

Private chef services

Having a professional chef is a true luxury and is one of the highlights of any private villa rental. Our professional chefs are first class and are always highly praised. You choose the days you would like a private chef. The prices below include the cost of the services of an experienced professional chef. Prices do not include meals, which you can select in advance from a range of delicious cuisine from our villa menus, this service is available when the chef is not already booked in other villas and therefore it is imperative to check the dates before arrival at the villa with our villa manager.

Villa Pre-stocking

We understand going shopping after a long journey may be inconvenient, especially if you arrive late at evening, or if you are travelling with children. We offer a villa pre-stocking service where we can organize your shopping before you arrive.

Simply provide us a list of required groceries and one of our staff will make a trip to the supermarket for you. We can buy a wide range item, from tea and coffee to fresh meats for the BBQ, salad and fruit, or wines, beers and snacks. The goods are all unpacked and placed into the fridge and food cupboards. Being able to enjoy a hot cup of tea, feed hungry mouths, and drink a chilled glass of wine when you arrive will really get the holiday off in style. It allows you to relax knowing all the essentials are taken care of, especially if you get delayed or the supermarkets are closed before you arrive.

We charge 10% on top of the total bills only. For our pre-stocking service. This covers all transport costs to the supermarket and the villa, plus two hours of our staff spent shopping and unpacking. This can be paid by money transfer or with your villa rental payment.

Villa Food Shopping

If you would like our staff to do your shopping during your stay you may use the same villa shopping service. Please give us a clearly shopping list and 24 hours’ notice, so it is best to try and plan your food and drink requirements in advance. We charge 10% on top of the total bills per each shopping trip which covers the cost of transport, fuel and for our staff for shopping traveling.

Villa staff Cooking Services

(Food cost not included) for the food if my staff buys for you, we will charge 10% on top of the total bills.

Activity Planning

If you would like to use the services of one of our specialists to help organize various activities and create an agenda for you, we can arrange an initial telephone discussion and give you lots of suggestions of what to see and where to go free of charge.

VIP taxi transportation service

If you are not hiring a car or motorcycle, just let us know how many people will need this service, and we can arrange a collection from the villa right to your chosen destination and returns of course when you need to the villa.
